通过总结以往的几期报纸,涉及的主要行业有:医疗卫生、城乡街道宣传、汽车行业、字画文学、民办企业、国营企业等。

总结看来,房地产、餐饮、商场、银行、证券等市场涉及的广告较少。可以适当推广一下。

(二)、寻找潜在目标客户

通过市场调查,运用各种调查手段总结讯息,我总结以下几种途径:

1、关注各个媒体(报纸)

在其他报纸上经常做广告的大中企业

2、走访市场,了解讯息

及时把握市场讯息:新企业入市、新开楼盘、节日活动等。

3、老客户介绍

4、自身人脉

(三)、目标客户定位

大中型国营、民营、合资企业、企事业单位。

四、评估总结阶段

针对各个月的销售情况,及时做好总结工作。总结工作中出现的问题,并及时解决。主动向有经验的业务不断学习,积累经验,探讨技巧。建议定期举行业务交流会,在会上可相互学习,探讨经验,增加团队合作意识。

一、服装的陈列

在卖场除了店铺的设计和橱窗的造型外,需要在服装的陈列上表新立异,以求强烈的视觉冲击力,营造成一种商业空间的销售环境,以浓重的设计烘托自身的卖场氛围,以独特的个性确立商圈的形象,以争取更多消费者的光顾,来获取更大的利润。因此,服装陈列也越来越受商家的注意,成为销售系统的重要环节。作为营销系统中重要的一环,如何陈列商品,有以下几点建议:

1、叠装陈列

(1)首先强调视觉,在色块掌握上,原则应是从外到内,有浅至深,

由暖至冷,由明至暗,因为这是人观察事物的习性,这样也能使消费者对商品产生兴趣,从注意、吸引、观察、购买等几个环节进行购物。

(2)同季节同类型同系列的产品陈列同一区域。

(3)叠装区域附近位置尽量设计模特,展示叠装中的代表款式,以吸引注意增进视觉,并且可以摆放相应的服装的海报,宣传单张,以全方位位展示代表款。

2、挂装陈列:

(1)每款服饰应同时连续挂2件以上,挂装应保持整洁,无折痕。

(2)挂装的陈列颜色应从外到内,从前到后,由浅到深,由明至暗,侧列从前到后,从外到内,由浅到深,由明至暗,这些得根据店铺的面积与服装的主推风格来定。

二、提高服务质量:

1、自身工作要求:

2、客户维系要求:

(1)知道顾客的真正需求,在了解顾客的需求同时,满足顾客提出的合理要求,提高与顾客之间的信任度,这是维系客户所必要的条件。

(2)建立客户资料,对客服的喜好要清楚了解,客户电话必须详细记录,在每季有新产品上架时可以通知客户。

(3)对于老客户,和固定客户,要经常保持联系,在有时间有条件的情况下,送一些小礼物或宴请客户,好稳定与客户关系。

(4)对所有客户的工作态度都要一样,加强产品质量和服务意识,为公司树立更好的形象,让客户相信我们的工作实力,才能更好的完成任务。了解客户最需要的服务质量,尽自己最大的努力做的更好。

三、具体工作计划

1、对销售任务的细化分解,将每月的任务量分配至每周、每天,每日当班工作结束后核对任务完成情况,总结工作得失;

2、于老客户保持良好关系,在周末时发送祝福短信,让客户感受到被重视。

3、新品上架或换季活动时主动通过电话通知顾客,邀约顾客到店消费。

我首先想到的是要降低成本,应该采取的主要措施有:进一步拓宽进货渠道,寻找多个供货商,进行价格、质量比较,选择质量好价格低的供货商供货;勤俭节约,节省开支、避免浪费,工程方案设计要合理;内部消耗降低,日常费用开支、水、电、日常办公耗材尤其是纸张、车辆开支要节俭等问题。

其次也是最重要的部分-----培养意识,服务意识的加强、竞争意识的树立、市场创造意识的培养。我们是以服务为主的公司,可以借助服务去赢得市场,赢得用户的信任。同事之间,企业之间时时刻刻竞争都存在,自己业务水平不提高会被公司淘汰,企业不发展将会被社会淘汰。近几年,耗材市场竞争比较激烈,今年形势将更加严峻。

业务水平和员工素质的提高至关重要,关系到整个企业的发展与命运。业务水平的高低影响到办事的工作效率;员工素质的高低直接影响到企业的社会地位和社会形象。只有具有一支高素质、技术水平过硬的队伍的企业才会有进步、有发展。

加大宣传力度也是市场开发一种重要手段和措施。

销售部利润主要来源有:计算机销售;电脑耗材;打印机耗材;打字复印;计算机网校等和计算机产业相关的业务。今年主要目标:家庭用户市场的开发、办公耗材市场的抢占。针对家庭用户加大宣传力度,办公耗材市场用价格去竞争、薄利多销。建立完善的销售档案,定期进行售后跟踪,抢占办公耗材市场,争取获得更大的利润。这里也需要我们做大量的工作,送货一定及时、售后服务一定要好,让客户信任我们、让客户真真切切的享受到上帝般的待遇。

五、要建立一个比较完善、健全的管理运行体系。

2、尽量创造出一些固定收入群体,如计算机维修会员制、和比较完备的设备维修收费制度,把一些比较有实力、有经济基础的企事业单位、委办*变成我们长期客户。

3、对大型客户要进行定期回访,进行免费技术支持,建立一个比较友好的客户关系。要利用各种手段、媒体,如利用我们自己的主页把公司的收费标准公布出去、从领导到每位员工要贯彻执行。

4、服务、维修也能创造利润。近几年工程越来越少、电脑利润越做越薄、竞争越来越激烈,我们可以从服务、维修创造利润,比较看好的有保修期以外的计算机维修市场、打印机维修市场等。

六、创造学习的机会

不断为员工提供或创造学习和培训的机会,内部互相学习,互相提高,努力把***公司建成平谷地*计算机的权威机构。
