nowadays more and more people are concerned about their how to keep healthy?different people may give different answers to this my opinion,it is necessary to do the following:

first,it is very necessary to take more exercises shows that getting plenty of exercises make the heart beat faster and the lungs work strengthens the heart,reduces the chance of heart attack,and helps lower blood ’s why more and more people becoming actively take part in various kinds of sports and people take more exercise such as shadowboxing and swordplay while others run,jog,walk,dance to the afternoon,there are also many people keep on play basketball,football,volleyball or table ore this people become healthier and stronger.

in order to keep healthy.i often eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins, and less meat such as beef and pork because the meat contains more fat than poultry and fish.

getting rid of bad habits of smoking and drinking alcohol that is also important idea to keep unately few people can obey this advice.

what’s more,i think friends are also important part of one’s s suggest that people with a wide range of social contact less sick than those who don’t.

as far as i know,laughing can increase the body’s ability to fight disease and can’t lead to serious health may be the best medicine to cure illness.i do suggest fifteen minutes of laughter each day.

there are several other ways to be able to keep healthy,such as getting enough rest and balancing the time spent working and people say it makes them more productive at work and gives them more energy.

enjoy our leisure activities as much as including things like watching television,traveling,seeing friends and on nice days we have better walk in the woods with friends or visit parks.

in a word,health is the first for everybody in the health always gives us a good emotion we need to react to an urgent can keep our bodies and minds it seems that few of people are very concerned the importance of keeping themselves’s health especially in countryside.

as the saying goes, youre what you eat. so to eat the right thing in the right way is the key to keep healthy. most fruit and vegetables are healthy food and we should eat more. an apple a day, keeps the doctor away.

sleeping is another important thing to keep healthy. without enough sleeping the body couldnt have good rest and get in good spirit.

some exercise will help us get off unnecessary fat and make us stronger. at the same time, we heve fun in the sports and happiness will also bring us health.
