本学期,我继续担任二年级三班数学教学工作。教学实践中,我发现本班大部分学生都聪明灵活,想象力丰富,上课思维活跃、发言积极,学习成绩比较理想。但也有少数几个不足龄生和学困生基础比较薄弱,作业脏乱,思考速度慢、书写速度慢、对新知的理解也比较慢。时光匆匆,回顾过去的一学期,有成功,有困惑,现结合本班学生的实际情况,和新课标的具体要求,将本人对这学期教学工作的一点如下:

用心听课方知自己原有的知识是远远不够的,还必须不断“充电”来充实完善自己的知识结构,丰富自己的教学理论。听课、听讲座、写教研……对照自己,取他人之长,补自己之短。本学期,我听课达十多节以上,给我的数学教学增添了新的活力,我想从以下几方面抓好数学教学:①沟识间的内在联系,让数学课有数学味。②紧密联系生活实际,让生活问题数学化,做到学以致用。③注重类比、对比。通过类比提高学生想像力,激发学生学习数学的兴趣。通过对比,让学生辨清疑点,掌握问题的解决方法。

1、认真分析教材,做到常教常新。

2、研究知识结构,确定教学起点和终点。遵循儿童的认知规律,找准每一节课的切入点,让学生能拾级而上,关键处设置认知障碍,让学生产生认知冲突,激发学生的求知欲望。

3、研究重点与难点突破方法,确定具体教学方法。注意难点处分散练,易混处对比练,重点处反复练,切实提高课堂效率。

课堂教学是教学的主阵地,要重点抓好课堂教学,注意处理预设和生成的关系,着力培养学生的思维能力,让数学课“活”、“趣”、“新”。

1、激发学生的学习兴趣。调动学生多种感官参与学习,使学生的大脑始终处于最活跃状态,适当介绍一些古今中外数学史或有趣的数学知识,激发学习数学的内在动力。

2、重视培养学生的动手操作能力。“学生的智慧在手指尖上。”要发展学生的智力从动手开始。通过学生做一做、摆一摆、分一分等数学实践活动,引导学生主动发现知识的奥秘及内在规律,培养学生自主探究解决问题的能力。紧扣时代脉搏,为学生铺就终身发展的通道。

针对不同学生的水平,因人制宜地进行辅导,用放大镜看学生的优点,对困难生的闪光点加以肯定和赞赏,对优生要拓展数学视野,激励他们攻克一个又一个数学难关。

1、做好课后辅导工作。利用班级论坛平台,创设空中课堂,鼓励并指导学优生在课余自学奥数。同时加大对后进生的辅导,不仅是知识上补缺补差,更重要的是学习思想、学习方法的指导。要提高学困生的成绩,首先激发他们的求知欲和上进心,让他们意识到学习的意义;其次是要教给他们学习的方法,让他们学会观察、学会思考,增强学习自信心,体验到学习的乐趣。有句话说的好:“教是为了不教。”不能让补习伴随孩子成长!

2、加强家校联系,搭建良好的沟通平台,让家长成为个性化教育的有力支持。

评估不只是看学生学习成绩如何,更重要的是了解学生学习的心理,作为教师改进教学的依据。在测试卷中,增加了体现学生思维过程的试题。测试的结果也不再作为学生唯一依据,而是看重学生的知识掌握情况,学习的努力程度。在评讲试卷时,打破按顺序逐题讲解的模式,尝试采用按类讲解。如:将试卷中有关概念的归为一类进行讲解。希望通过这一改变,能让学生从不同角度掌握、运用知识。

1、继续坚持并优化本学期一些有成效的做法,争取让学生在课堂上解决所有的学习问题,课后只做适当的巩固,控制好课后作业分量。

2、加大家校之间的联系,抽出更多的时间与家长进行沟通交流,争取家长更多的支持,致力于孩子学习兴趣的培养和学习能力的提高。

3、给自己设定一个新的研究课题:在新知学完后,间隔多长时间安排二次复习巩固,以什么方式进行复习巩固效果最好?针对不同的内容,努力寻求比较好的二次复习时间和复习方式。

4、反思课堂教学:教学重点和难点的处理情况;是否启发了学生提问,学生提问的质量如何;问题是否恰时恰点,学生是否有充分的独立思考机会;核心概念的“解构”、思想方法的“析出”是否准确、到位;是否关注到学生的个性差异,学生活动是否高质高效,有没有“奇思妙想”、创新火花,有没有抓住这种机会;是否渗透和强调了数学能力的培养;教学内容的“价值观因素”是否得到充分挖掘,并用学生能理解的方式进行展示;教学媒体使用是否得当;教师语言、行为是否符合教育教学规律,学生有什么反应;各种练习是否适当;教学过程是否存在着“内伤”;等。

当然,我在工作中也存在许多不足,如有些学生学习数学的兴趣不浓,课堂注意力不集中,一道题讲过两三遍以后,有的学生还是不知道怎么做。这些方面工作还有待改进。

总之,经过一学期的学习与教学,有成功的喜悦也有失败的反思。没有最好,只有更好,我一定会和新课标同行,用新课标来指引前行。

坚持正确的教育思想,树立与素质教育相适应的教学观念,改变"以知识为本"的传统认识,树立"以学生发展为本"的新观 念,紧紧围绕学生的探索与创新活动展开,呈现出"乐,实,活,新"的教学情境。例如:找规律;动物拼图;我当小医生等活动,都极大的激发了学生的兴趣,解放了学生的眼睛,嘴巴和手,创造了让学生操作,实验的机会;独立思考的机会;表达自己想法的机会;自我表现的机会,使学生能保持良好的心境,始终以一种轻松,愉快的心情去积极主动的参与学习。

一、以课堂教学为核心

备课学期初,钻研了《科学课程标准》、教材、教参,对学期教学内容做到心中有数。学期中,着重进行单元备课,掌握每一部分知识在单元中,在整册书中的地位作用。思考学生怎样学,学生将会产生什么疑难,该怎样解决。在备课本中体现教师的引导,学生的主动学习过程,充分理解课后习题的作用,设计好练习。

创设各种情境,激发学生思考。然后,放手让学生探究,动手,动口,动眼,动脑。针对教学重,难点,选择学生的探究结果,学生进行比较,交流,讨论,从中掌握知识,培养能力。接着,学生练习不同坡度,不同层次的题目,巩固知识,形成能力,发展思维。最后,尽量让学生自己小结学到的知识以及方法。现在学生普遍对科学课感兴趣,参与性高,为学好科学迈出了坚实的一步。

二、及时复习,努力构建知识网络。

根据爱宾浩斯遗忘规律,新知识的遗忘随时间的延长而减慢。因此,我的做法是:新授知识基本是当天复习或第二天复习,以后再逐渐延长复习时间。这项措施非常适合低年级学生遗忘快,不会复习的特点。 一般做到一小节一整理,形成每节知识串;每单元整理复习形成知识链,一学期对整册书进行整理复习。学生经历了教材由"薄"变"厚",再变"薄"的过程,既形成了知识网,又学到了方法,容易产生学习迁移,给学生的创新,实践提供了可能。 注重对后进生的辅导 对后进生分层次要求。在教学中注意降低难度,放缓坡度,允许他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习。注重他们的学习过程。在教学中逐步培养他们的学习兴趣,提高他们的学习自信心,对学生的回答采取"扬弃"的态度,从而打破了上课发言死气沉沉的局面,使学生敢于回答问题,乐于思考。

三、参加教育教研活动

明确教育是为学生今后的发展服务的。阅读教育期刊,思考培养学生创新意识,实践能力的方法和途径。 摸索教育教学特点,为灵活运用教学方法进行课堂教学做好准备。 创造各种适宜的,开放的情境,逐步培养学生的创新意识,能力和实践能力,明确方向,促进教学。

第四部分 存在问题

1、存在问题

对教材的钻研深度还不是很透彻,对科学教学工作还缺乏经验,对学生的年龄特点知识掌握规律还不是很明了,对学生的要求还不是很到位,更重要的'是没有充分调动家长参与教育,学校家庭的教育不能形成合力,以致于成绩上不去。

2、今后努力方向在

今后的教育教学中,我将努力逐步树立素质教育的观念,通过课堂教学主渠道去实施,以期为学生今后的发展服务。
