教学对象为六年级(2)班的学生。他们已经接触了三年英语,有一定的英语基础。儿童的特性使得他们活泼好动,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强烈,并且有着很强的表现欲。但六年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降,两极分化比较严重。所以本学期我将面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,因材施教,分层教学,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。
本册教材是《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语(pep)》是课程教材研究所英语课程教材研究开发中心,与加拿大lingomedia国际集团合作编写的一套全新的小学英语教材。这套教材是根据教育部制定的《国家英语课程标准》编写而成的。供小学6年级的学生使用。
本册的主要内容能听、说、读、写61个单词或短语以及7组句子和4个单句。(包括比较事物、询问身体状况、谈论过去发生的事和告别晚会等几个话题)要求能在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。
本人对教材的认识:在五年级的对话的基础上,增加了阅读的内容和难度。本册中所涉及的一般现在时、一般将来时、过去时等句型中对人称、是动词的变化、行为动词的运用对小学生都是一个难点,要打好此部分的基础,为六年级的毕业考试打好基础。

1、注重词汇的呈现方式
使用不同方法教学词汇能产生完全不同的教学效果。教师在教学词汇的过程中创造性运用教具,通过各种方式呈现新词,使学生始终保持学习兴趣至关重要。教师要仔细研究课堂,开动脑筋设计有效的学习任务,使单词教学不仅生动有趣而且教有实效。
2、在实际交流当中教学单词
教师应力求在语言交流当中教新词,用旧词练习新语言,融会语言和词汇的教学,使之相辅相成。教师可充分利用学生用书和教师教学用书当中可供选择的游戏,在丰富的语言活动当中操
练新词,将词汇和句型的教学融会贯通。教师除了用好学生用书,活动手册和教师教学用书以外,还应根据教学的需要,自行设计多样化的交际性语言活动教学新词。
(二)对话教学(let’stalk)
1、在听力活动中感知新的语言(let’stry)
这个听力练习用来帮助学生进一步熟悉let’slearn部分学过的新词,并在进入let’stalk新句型的学习之前先从听觉上感知新语言,方便了教师针对目标语言从听、说、读、写四个方面循序渐进式达到教学目标。
2、理解语言的基础上学说、操练语言
a.抓住主句型,替换关键词操练住句型。
b.在趣味游戏和任务型活动中学说、巩固新句型。
c.在会说的基础上运用重点句型。
d。在会用的基础上进行句型书写。
(三)阅读教学(let’sread)
阅读教学的教学目标是:读懂对话或短文;完成检测学生理解程度的活动。在这里,教师把教学重点放在巩固重点词汇、句型和提高学生的阅读能力。具体教学建议如下:
1、复习巩固本部分重点词汇和句型,可以采用游戏、竞赛或师生自由会话等形式。
2、教师设计情景,自然引入阅读内容,并且尽可能引入阅读内容中的新句型。
3、教师解惑答疑。

这个班的学生经过三年多的学习,他们的语文学习习惯基本有些好转。大部分学生的学习目的`性明确,而且学习积极性也较高。
四(1)班现有29名学生,班里学生积极性普遍不高,而且后进生比较多。
学习基础比较差、学习很被动,作业没有及时完成。我应该要培养他们逐渐改变坏习惯,更不能仅仅看孩子们的成绩,而应该从他们的做人和做事抓起,以促进他们的全面发展。
本册教材是在四年级上册基础上编写的,共有课文32篇,其中精读课文17篇,略读课文15篇;教材后面还附有8篇选读课文,总共40篇。这些课文从精读、略读到选读,按三个层次编排,体现由扶到放的设计思路。
教材设计了八个专题。依次是:走遍千山万水、以诚待人、大自然的启示、战争与和平、热爱生命、田园生活、执著的追求、故事长廊。其中第三单元“大自然的启示”和第六单元“田园生活”还安排有综合性学习内容,使专题的学习内容与形式更加丰富多彩教材的结构及思路是共同的,体现整套教材的一致性。
(一)加强整合,围绕专题组织教材。根据课程标准提出的“教材内容要简化头绪,加强整合”的要求,本册在编写中加强了整合性。(导语导学,整合单元内容。精读与略读课文的联系和整合。单元学习活动的贯通和整合)
(二)安排“综合性学习”,全面落实语文课程标准提出的目标。(综合性学习是课程改革的着力点。本册教材继续安排两次综合性学习,一个安排在“大自然的启示”专题中,要求观察大自然现象或搜集资料、调查访问,交流从中的发现或得到的启发;也可以做做实验或搞搞小发明。一个安排在“田园生活”专题中,了解乡村景物和人们的生活。)
(三)加强导学功能,引导学生主动、积极地学习。(四)丰富课本内容,拓宽学习资源。
每个专题单元包括导语、课例和语文园地三大部分。每组开头的导语点明本组的专题,并提示学习要求。课例由4篇课文组成,其中精读课文2-3篇,略读课文1-2篇。精读课文后有思考练习题,略读课文前有一段连接语,将前后课文连接起来,并提示略读课文的学习要求。根据教学的需要,在一些课文后面安排有“资料袋”或阅读链接,以提供课文的背景资料,并丰富学生的阅读。
本册要求认识200个字,会写200个字。要求认识的字,分散安排在精读课文和略读课文中,在课后生字条里列出;要求会写的字,安排在精读课文后,以方格的形式排列。为了便于复习检测,每组课文后安排有“词语盘点”栏目,包括“读读写写”“读读记记”两栏。“读读写写”是由精读课文中会读会写的词语组成;“读读记记”是由精读和略读课文中要求认识的词语组成。另外,教材后附有两个生字表。表(一)是要求认识的字,200个;表(二)是要求会写的字,200个,以供复习总结之用。
本册注音有下面几种情况:精读课文和略读课文中不认识的字,出现一次注一次音。导语、课后练习、资料袋、阅读链接、语文园地里不认识的字,只在全册第一次出现时注音,后面出现均不注音。选读课文出现的生字一律不注音。生字注音用圆括号标出;多音字随文注音,用方括号标出。为了便于识字,课文中的生字注本音;一些在语言环境中要变调读出或读轻声的字,随文注音,并在教师教学用书中加以提示。
总体而言,班级学生有一定的语文学习的习惯,但是少数同学学习语文的兴趣不浓厚,学习基础比较差。在这学期,教师应抓实基础,培养良好习惯,提高写话能力,全面提高学生的语文素养和成绩。

坚持科学发展观,认真把握各学科《课程标准》,深入贯彻落实区教育局精神。加强对教育教学工作的研究,强化各项常规管理,切实做好减负增效,以提高教学质量为核心,聚焦课堂,强化过程质量监督与指导,全面提高我校教育教学质量水准。
1、切实提高教师的课堂教学水平,努力提高教育教学质量。本学期各年级各科教学质量要在上学期的基础上再上一个新台阶。
2、狠抓教学常规的落实工作,做好教学督查、小结、整改工作,做到教学敞开,质量跟踪,督评一体。
3、狠抓毕业班相关工作,确保期末毕业班素质监测质量稳步提升。
(一)做好教学常规工作,加强教学常规管理
1、制定各类计划,(包括教研组工作计划,教师教学工作计划等)严格执行课程计划,加强学籍管理,强化教学秩序,做好教学五认真。
2、建立教学管理体制,形成校长室—教务处—教研组—管理机制,责任到人。实行领导蹲点制、负责制。
3、加强教学检查
(1)加大教学工作管理力度,领导定期与不定期深入课堂,采取听推门课、检查(检查教案、作业、听课笔记、学生辅导等)的方法,形成领导听课、评课经常化,以便准确掌握教学动向,发现问题及时解决。
(2)定期召开学科教师座谈会,学生座谈会征求意见,以便改进管理方法。通过听课、教师及学生反馈等各种形式,对每一位任课教师进行课堂教学评估,评估结果记录存档。认真贯彻落实备课、上课、作业批改、考试等教学环节的常规管理。

1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。
2、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。进行语法操练时,要坚持“四位一体”,即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题,联系语境,确定语法结构,明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用,又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动,使学生在语境中轻松学英语。
3、加强交际用语教学。用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时,要尽量避免格式化,不能限制学生的思维能力,要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。
4、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着力帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案。
5、大力加强对新课程、新标准的学习和研究。让学生的英语课程学习,既是通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。

1、学生情况:本班现有42位学生,有些学生学习基础很差,多给他们一些关爱,使他们感受到新集体的温暖,让他们对学习充满自信。大部分学生的素质较好,特别是对于学习语文兴趣浓厚,但是有几名学生识字能力需要加强,没有掌握正确的学习方法,这学期我将继续培养他们各种学习语文的能力,争取提高语文的学习成绩。
2、教材情况:本册共有课文32篇,其中精读课文24篇,略读课文8篇。每个单元包括导语,课例和语文园地三大部分。教材继续以专题组织单元,设计了8个专题。它们依次是:感受大自然的美好;爱护周围环境;怎样看问题、怎样想问题;丰富多彩的儿童生活;可贵的亲情、友情;神奇的科技世界;国际理解和友好;神话故事、传说。每个专题内分涵丰富,贴近儿童生活,体现时代特点,蕴涵教育价值。
本学期要加强对教学内容的整合,致力于学生语文素养的全面提高。并且要灵活多样的去呈现教学内容,让学生逐步形成自主、合作、探究的学习方式。要重视激发学生的学习兴趣,为学生的自主学习创造条件,使学生在学习中不断有所发现,不断获得成功的喜悦,不断提高语文能力,引导学生在生活中学语文,用语文。

2、重视培养能力。学生获得知识是必要的,但培养能力更重要。一个学生如果没有自学能力和运用知识解决实际问题的能力,他的终身发展将受到限制,我们从新世纪人才的培养目标出发,必须重视对学生能力的培养。就第二册语文教学来说,要着重培养学生识字能力、理解词句的能力,朗读能力、口语交际能力和初步的自学能力。在教学中,要承认学生的个体差异,满足不同程度学生对语文学习的需求,不要一刀切,力求使每个学生都有较大发展。
3、提高语文教学效率。识字教学要改变不分重点、难点一律由老师先教字音、分析字形、讲解字义,再让学生机械抄写的陈旧教法。学生经过上学期的学习,已经掌握了一些汉字知识和识字方法,教学中要注意放手让学生借助拼音读准字音,利用学过的偏旁部件和熟字分析记忆字形,结合词句和生活实际理解字义,教师只对难点作指导和讲解。这样,不仅可以节省教学时间,还可以培养学生的识字能力。低年级的阅读教学一定要杜绝逐句讲解,繁琐分析的现象,一定要体现以读为主,要把以往分析讲解的时间省出来,让学生多读书,多背诵,不断增加语言积累。
4、开展丰富多彩的语文实践活动。语文实践活动通过有计划、有步骤的自主学习和实践,使学生各方面的语文能力得到训练。语文实践活动,内容上要与课内教学密切联系,形式上要活泼有趣,使学生乐于参加。可以把表演、竞赛、游戏引进课堂,也可以组织学生走出课堂进行活动。使学生在反复实践中巩固所学知识,逐步提高语文能力。
