一、职业道德
进入公司以来，我遵守公司各项规章制度，以厂为家，坚持只做对公司有益的事，也深刻体会到了“人与企业共发展”理念的深刻内涵，明白了个人的发展离不开公司的发展，仅有每个人都忠于自我的公司，全体员工共同努力，公司才能不断发展，同时在公司的发展过程中，也带动了个人的发展，提高了个人的工作本事和生活水平。
二、专业知识、工作本事和具体工作
1.专业知识
在这一年中，我更加充分的了解了公司产品的性质及检测方法，学习了肥料的检测，使我的专业知识更加丰富，检测水平也有所提高。
2.工作本事
这一年里，我的管理本事有所提高，感激领导对我的信任和支持，让我一向担任组长这一职务，让我对检测工作有了更深更广泛的认识，拓宽了我的知识面，提高了我的本事。
3.具体工作
(1)日常检测工作
____年的上一年，我一向在做检测工作。1-4月份，我负责进厂物资、生产过程以及仓库调配过程样品的检测。那时正是忙季，每一天都有5-6的辣椒粉运到我公司，又有5-6批辣椒粒在加工车间造成，再加上零星的进厂物资以及各过程样品的检测，每一天忙得不可开交，还经常加班。那段日子是紧张而兴奋的，工作虽然很忙碌，可是都比较顺利地完成了，基本没有因为检测耽误公司的生产。5-7月份，检验工作人员进行了重新分组，我被分到了进厂物资组，只负责进厂物资的检测，其后因为进厂辣椒粉逐渐不少了，我的工作也没有那么忙碌了。这段时间里，我做了一些其他工作，比如工作量统计、旬报、月报、加班评价及登记、质量报表、组内成员考评、下个生产季度实验室工作安排、统计一层玻璃器皿、找相关人员处理u8升级后遗留问题等。
(2)检测实验
这一年中我做了2个检测实验：第一，次4#溶剂萃取辣椒粒效果实验，次4#溶剂经过2次与水1：4混合分离，能够基本去除此4#溶剂中的溶水部分，到达和原先的4#溶剂基本相同的萃取效果。第二，色价损失实验，主要做了红辣素、辣椒红在43度、37度、冰箱放置等条件色价的变化情景，辣椒粉在车间放置过程中的损失情景，得出红辣素、辣椒红在43度、37度、冰箱放置过夜，色价没有变化，而辣椒粉在车间的放置过程中色价损失严重的实验结论。
(3)新疆员工以及二车间员工培训工作
5-6月份新疆晨光公司的几名员工和二车间的2名员工来实验室培训，这期间我负责了他们部分的色价、辣度、含量、溶残等的培训及考核工作。他们在短时间内基本掌握了实验室的常规检测，到达了培训的目的。
评价一年的工作，尽管有了必须的提高和成绩，但在一些方面还存在着不足，如：对公司的新产品了解不够，作为组长对管理方面还欠缺经验，个别工作做的还不够完善，这有待于在今后的工作中加以改善。在以后的工作中，我将更加努力工作，多多学习，提升自我的各方面素质，跟上晨光公司的发展步伐，为公司的发展贡献自我的一份力量!

2. the company held a speech contest, i am active use of spare time to collect materials, continue to read the content, learning speech skills, won the honor for the department.

在车间做检验员时的我，工作中大大小小差错也出现也不少，让我印象最深刻的是：
(一)左右前纵梁co2长度不够批量性的流入到前围车间
(二)倾斜脚踏板少一个冲压孔批量性流入到总装车间
(三)备胎槽散件流入到总装车间，这些都能够避免发生的错，就是因为我抽检时的粗心大意而导致发生的，领导的批评让我认识到了事情重要性，工作中必须得实事求是的做好自我本职。
此刻的我又被安排到了金相试验，这对于我来说是一个很好的机遇，12月份我被分配到了上海区培训，一开始的几天每一天都看着师傅们做的每一步步骤，自我也对该工作有了一个熟悉，心里对这工作的流程有了一个了解，师傅们也开始让我们实践起来了，从对一个焊点、焊缝切割开始，其次对该切割的零件打磨，最终就是对零件的评判，是否合格，慢慢了我也有点了眉目，日积月累，自我实践中遇到的问题、许多不足的地方经过师傅们的讲解，我便慢慢熟悉了这份工作，有时会经过一些资料会了解，此刻只是刚刚开始，以后遇到的困难肯定有许多许多，所以我会不断的去努力学习了解，多与的同事交流，评价自我的工作，这样对能够我自我会有很大的帮忙。
总的来说，这一年里，自我的收获也不少，我学到了很多学不到的东西，但也吸取了不少教训，对待工作的态度、职责性，在新的一年里，我会更加努力的去学习，进取的对待工作态度，不求最好，只求更好。
