(一)热身游戏。

规则:以小组为单位,每组请一位同学上台,从袋里抓出一个小球,如果是红球,小组得到两分;如果是绿球,小组的每个成员将受到一次惩罚,如进行十次蹲跳。

师采访抓到不同颜色球的学生,请他们说心情。师小结。

(二)出示活动,初识情绪。

1.出示喜怒哀惧,请生猜并板书,明确“喜怒哀惧”是每个人最基本的四种情绪。
