您好!

对于电话销售工作我已经非常熟悉了,也已经掌握的,但是我这个月的销售业绩一点都不好,我已经不是新人,如果是新人业绩差还可以原谅作为一个老员工我的销售业绩这么差实在是不应该。

如果工作没有结果,做再多的工作都是无用功,因为没有效,我们做销售的竞争激烈,业绩不好说明我的工作有问题,我也一直思考为什么这个月我的业绩这么差。

对于销售我也是了解的,经过了我认真分析之后我发现我的业绩没有理想,主要有这几个方面的因素:一是我的客户资源有问题,二是我没能取得客户的信任,三是我的话术有问题。

我的客户资源都是自己通过寻找的,对自己的客户都不是非常了解,也没有进行细致的研究,所以在与客户沟通的时候,感到非常无力,那是因为我没有抓住客户的需要,没有把握住客户的命脉,这样是不能够得到客户认同地。二是我在与客户沟通的时候我没有与客户见面,全都是在电话上沟通,没有让客户见到诚意,客户处于犹豫阶段,一直徘徊不定,这样也是我的业绩上不去的原因之一,三是我在与客户沟通时说话方式不对,我的话术没有及时更新,以前老话术,已经被很多人用过了,让客户产生了反感,没有新奇之处,不能够勾起客户的需要,反而让客户对我产生了反感。

我们做电话销售的如果不能让客户喜欢就会变成骚扰电话,客户有时候都不会接。我们的客户很多都是经常被我们拨打过的,都是对我们公司熟悉的,被很多人骚扰了之后一接听电话就挂断,虽然知道这些不是意向客户但是却浪费了我打把时间。

没有做好客户筛选,使我在工作中的效率不高这也是我的问题,我没有足够勤奋,没有做好提前准备,我知道就算打仗也要做到知己知彼才能够百战百胜,向我这样没有对客户做出了解就突然打给客户是没有成效的,也没有多少结果。

我这个月成绩可以看出我的工作不顺利我需要调整工作方式,以后在给客户打电话的时候必须要对客户事先了解,清楚客户是做什么的,有什么需要,抓住客户的需求然和根据客户的的需求来与客户沟通,增加成功率。

并且对着客户进行筛选,找精准客户,减少时间的浪费提高成功率。

销售的工作,没有做好,作为销售的主管,我也是有着不可推卸的责任,而且自己的确做的不到位,很多的事情,虽然做了,但是效果确实不好,我也是在此反省自己的管理工作并做好检讨。

这次的业绩是比较的糟糕,而我作为销售的主管,却是平时里面没有很好的去关注这一块工作,反而还把精力做在一些日常的管理上面,虽然有一些成效,但是结果并不好,而销售的工作,其实最终的一个目的就是把业绩做上去,而其他的其实完全可以去放下,并不是那么的着急,连续多天的业绩糟糕,但我确实没有去思考太多的原因,反而还是在日常里去纠结,而这也是让领导您生气了,做销售的主管,的确自己没有太多的经验,也是刚开始不久,但是作为一名销售,我也是有很长的时间了,更是应该有意识到,无论自己做销售哪一个岗位,只有业务做好,其实才行的,其他的工作可以去缓一下,可以有考虑性的去暂时放弃,但是销售的结果却是要去承担起来,要做好才行的。而我却是舍弃了,此次领导的提醒也是让我意识到的确是要去改变。

作为主管,的确不是全部的心思放在销售上面,但是重心还是不能去改变,自己的销售工作要去做好,同时部门的销售也是要去负责起来。而日常其他的事情虽然也是要去做,但是也是要有一个时间的观念,以及重要性,紧急的事情,以及销售的工作要去处理好才行而不能舍弃了大的事情,虽然信任同事的确是可以,但是既然自己作为主管了,那么也是更加的要意识到,自己的管理是要做到位才行,领导和我聊了很多,也是看中我,所以才给了我机会,我也是要珍惜,要把领导交代的事情给做好,经验的确不足,但也是要有自己的重点而不能没有一个规划,我会把领导和我说的,记在心里,去做好自己工作的规划,把这些天没有做好的业绩去弥补,作为主管,我明白只有自己做好了,那么才能更好的带着大家做好业绩不断的去成长。

经过反省,看到自己的问题,要去改进,今后的工作,也是希望不要再让领导您操心了我也是会认真的带领着我们销售部门做好自己的工作,得到更多的一个认可,同时一些自己不足的方面也是要去改进,经验或许不足,但是可以去多和优秀的同事交流,不断的学习来做好自己主管的工作。我也是感激领导的关心,不会再让您失望了。

现在的我xxx做的比较差,很多时候我都不知道应该怎样来开展这一项工作,总感觉找不到有这方面需求的客户,很纠结,所以曾经跟过一些xxx做的较好的同事去学习过,可是跟着他们的时候总是没学到什么东西,也不知道是我笨还是他们有所保留。现在我就觉得,什么事还是要靠自己的,所以我打算通过以下几方面来提升自己做xxx的能力:

(1)首先是要了解通透xxx的政策。这次考试才发现自己对xxx的相关权益了解的很少,想想之前有些客户是符合条件的也被我错过,后悔莫及啊!

(2)提升自己的口才能力。遇到很多客户的条件是符合xxx的,但是他们就是打死都不要年费或者不要自动分期,遇到这些人我都说的口干舌燥了,还是没办法说服他们,希望以后能够慢慢地尽量多的能说服客户。

(3)增强自己的底气和信心。很多时候在客户那里有点底气不足,自己虽然不会觉得低人一等xxx之类的,但是总会有一点担心,担心这样一个客户丢了就没了。现在知道了这样不好,要慢慢地改变这种心态,树立起自己作为一个xxx人的尊严。

暂时能想到的就这么多了,以后在工作中发现问题的话我会慢慢改进的,经过这次之后,我暂定的目标不敢太奢侈,只希望以后都不会在倒数排行榜中出现自己的名字就好。我相信我一定会迎头赶上的。

(2)提升自己的口才能力,遇到很多客户的条件是符合办-理高端白金信-用-卡(credit card)的,但是他们就是打死都不要年费或者不要自动分期,遇到这些人我都说的口干舌燥了,还是没办法说服他们,希望以后能够慢慢地尽量多的能说服客户。

(3)增强自己的底气和信心。很多时候在客户那里有点底气不足,自己虽然不会觉得低人一等要求人办卡之类的,但是总会有一点担心,担心这样一个客户丢了就没了。现在知道了这样不好,要慢慢地改变这种心态,树立起自己作为一个银行人的尊严。

暂时能想到的就这么多了,以后在工作中发现问题的话我会慢慢改进的,经过这次之后,我暂定的目标不敢太奢侈,只希望以后都不会在倒数排行榜中出现自己的名字就好。我相信我一定会迎头赶上的。

经过两天的反思,我对自己这些年的工作成长经历进行了详细回忆和分析。记得刚上班的时候,我对自己的要求还是比较高的,时刻都遵守公司的相关规章制度,从而努力完成各项工作。但近年来,尤其是领导对我的关怀和帮助使我感到温暖的同时,也慢慢开始放松了对自己的要求,反而认为自己已经做得很好了。因此,这次发生的事使我不仅感到羞愧,更为重要的是我感到对不起领导对我的信任,愧对领导的关心。

如今,大错既成,我深深懊悔不已,自己深刻反思后错误有以下几点:

立足专业优势,开展宣传培训活动。通过邀请单位、群众到消防站参观、上街宣传、上门培训、进行灭火演练等形式,向辖区内的企业、单位组织消防技能大赛,采取集趣味性和实用性于一身的竞赛形式,掀起广泛学消防知识、用消防技能的热潮,激发广大单位自觉加强消防安全管理、提高从业人员消防素质。群众对消防工作有了进一步了解,提高了消防安全意识,才能有效强化群众扑救初期火灾能力和逃生技巧。

1、思想觉悟不高,对重要事项认识严重不足。对公司规章制度遵守不严,虽然思想认识到一些,但也没能重视起来,在行动上没有真正实行起来。

我是销售部的xxx。对于这个月来我的工作情况,我真的感到非常的抱歉!我很惭愧,一名销售员工,但是我却连自己基本的工作目标都没能达到!对此,我真的非常的愧疚。这是最基本的工作,但是我却依旧没有做好!这已经不是我到公司的第一年了,但是却还是犯下这样的错误!我真的很抱歉。

在这次的成绩公布之后,我仔细的反省了自己的问题。我也清楚的从反思中认识到,这并不仅仅是市场的问题,这是我个人在工作中的失误,是我的大意和马虎,导致机会一次次在身边走过,最终导致了现在的状况!反思当时工作的情况,我真的很后悔!尽管有部分是因为我工作能力不够的原因,但是这也同样是我的问题之一。

现在反思了自己的问题,我决定对自己的问题进行反省、检讨。希望这能帮我改进自己的问题,认识自己的错误!

首先,我从反思中认识到自己的心态不对。市场是变化的,顾客也是如此,但是我却不知道紧跟发展,自己的销售方式不仅死板而且麻木。不知变通的结果就是面对有机会的情况却不能把握,导致白白的浪费了许多机会。对此,我真的很遗憾。

其次,面对当时的情况我不仅没能及时的做出应对,甚至还对此不闻不问,最后导致难以挽回的时候才知道慌张。对此,我认识到是自己的思想和危机意识的问题!作为一名销售,我应该时刻注意市场和自己的工作情况。但是我不仅没有去面对,甚至还有些不管不顾的情况!这是我在思想上的问题!同时,不仅影响了自己的行为,更是直接对工作造成了影响!

最后,是我在自我约束上的问题!反思这个月的工作来开,我在工作中实在是缺少计划!这样的问题导致我在工作的中遇上问题就会难以解决,不仅没有应对能力,还没有应对的方案!这进一步导致了我工作问题的出现!

回顾本次错误,由于当天我情绪比较低落,出于一些私人原因心情比较烦躁,遇到这个客户又多番咨询问题,没有一个清晰的询问脉络,这导致我最终难以忍受,显得脾气有点火爆不耐烦。就此,我们产生了争执。

现在的我xx做的比较差,很多时候我都不知道应该怎样来开展这一项工作,总感觉找不到有这方面需求的客户,很纠结,所以曾经跟过一些xx做的较好的同事去学习过,可是跟着他们的时候总是没学到什么东西,也不知道是我笨还是他们有所保留。现在我就觉得,什么事还是要靠自己的,所以我打算通过以下几方面来提升自己做xx的能力:

(1)首先是要了解通透xx的政策。这次考试才发现自己对xx的相关权益了解的很少,想想之前有些客户是符合条件的也被我错过了,后悔莫及啊!

(2)提升自己的口才能力,遇到很多客户的条件是符合办-理高端白金信-用-卡(creditcard)的,但是他们就是打死都不要年费或者不要自动分期,遇到这些人我都说的口干舌燥了,还是没办法说服他们,希望以后能够慢慢地尽量多的能说服客户。

(3)增强自己的底气和信心。很多时候在客户那里有点底气不足,自己虽然不会觉得低人一等要求人办卡之类的,但是总会有一点担心,担心这样一个客户丢了就没了。现在知道了这样不好,要慢慢地改变这种心态,树立起自己作为一个银行人的尊严。

暂时能想到的就这么多了,以后在工作中发现问题的话我会慢慢改进的,经过这次之后,我暂定的目标不敢太奢侈,只希望以后都不会在倒数排行榜中出现自己的名字就好。我相信我一定会迎头赶上的。
