这次比赛中我的课是以“快乐体育”为主旨贯穿整堂课,以排球的正面双手垫球技术为主要内容,附加折返跑接力游戏为辅助练习内容。
由于排球技术动作的特殊性,知识与技能部分需要让70%的学生基本掌握正面双手垫球技术,并且培养学生在垫球过程中脚步移动的意识,所以在教学过程中不断的强调根据来球去移动脚步,但是我却忽略了此部分内容在教案流程中的体现。
首先在准备部分上,200米的热身跑通过穿插侧身跑、后踢腿跑、转身等动作,让习惯每次课都以游戏为准备活动的学生们得到新鲜感,不仅有效调动学生的情绪还充分的进行了热身,并且在整堂课中使学生很好的保持了这种情绪。
在基本部分中,第一遍以只示范不讲解直接进行练习的方法给学生自由想像的空间,之后,讲解再示范,加深了学生对动作要领的印象。并且在学生练习的过程中不断巡回指导提醒垫球部位和手臂定型,加强基础性训练。在后期加入折返跑接力游戏让学生的练习密度和练习强度达到最高点,保证了体育课的课堂效果。课后大家提到这节课的课堂气氛相当活跃。我却想,太活跃了,还好么?
总结本次课,虽然有好的地方,但还是有失误的地方。例如在前面导入的过程中把基本内容的提问提到前面,打乱了自己的教学思路。在一抛一垫的分组练习的过程中没有把练习内容安排好,导致很多同学的球满场跑,场面过度活跃,一度失控。再者,在课后的评课过程中,大家也提到,在练习过程中有一次集合没有必要,完全可以灵活组织学生在原地听动作要领讲解,再继续练习。
通过这次课堂基本功展示,我了解到自己在很多方面上还存在不足,同时也明确了自己下一步应该努力的方向——扎实教学基本功、提升驾驭课堂的能力。当然,在以后的教学中需要我学习还有更多,正所谓,革命尚未成功,同志还需努力啊!

本学期的体育教育教学中我对初二(八年级)进行了弯道跑教学,在教育教学中有许多的得与失、成与败,为了今后能够更好的为教学服务,现将进行弯道跑教学总结和反思。
课堂上我教学生在中长跑中弯道跑时,与直道跑的技术不同,弯道跑是做圆周运动,虽然这个圆周很大,但跑的途中还是有离心力的影响,应该说速度越快,圆周弧度越小,离心力就越大,所以当以较快的速度前进时,中长跑的运动员仍要将整个身体自然协调的向左倾斜一下,其向左的角度均应控制在7~10°左右,有些高水平者还要大一些,弯道跑的上肢动作主要集中在摆臂上,摆臂的动作一般可以帮助制造离心力,右臂向前摆动时,右手的位置应向左接近身体中线,有时可以适当过中线一点;向后摆动时右肘可以向右斜后方摆出。
但是在教学过程中我发现学生的奔跑速度并没有得到明显提高,课后我经过总结与反思后发现:
中长跑在弯道上两腿的姿势是至关重要的,髋关节此时不要紧张,要有助于抬膝向前的运动。右腿前摆时,膝盖应稍向内扣一些,不要向外撇,是个细微动作。有些人体会不出还可以做向前的姿势,以免影响向前的速度。右膝内扣的同时,右脚也应自然的以前脚掌内侧的大拇指部先落地,在膝同时稍向左撇一些,左脚自然的以前脚掌外侧的无名指和小趾先着地。
而且,摆臂动作不要摆的过高过大,以免影响重心向前。左臂摆动的要比右臂小些,向前摆动时手腕的动作可以做一个向左翻动的细微动作,向后摆动时肘部要紧贴于躯干部并适当的摆动快些。这样摆动,两臂可以很好的协调起来,有助于身体向前的速度。两臂的肩部在摆动时要自然的放松,左肩略低于右肩,但这个动作不要同于像200米短跑那样的姿势。
针对以上的不足,我在同年级另一班教学中,修订了教案并加以实施,果然效果不错。

篮球《双手胸前传接球》这个课题是初中教材,但对初二学生来说从身体素质和球性基础,技术难度上看,要上好这堂课也是很难的,教学效果可能不理想,决定迎难而上,还是选择此项目进行授课,因此本节课对于我来讲是一种尝试性的教学,是一种挑战。从学校的器材上篮球器材齐全,场地宽阔,而从学生的兴趣爱好上说,也是绝大多数人的爱好,所以让初二的学生早点入门学习篮球,掌握篮球技术,提高学生对篮球的兴趣,让他们有终身的运动爱好,这也是我选择篮球这课题的一个方面。通过这次授课的体验和反思,有以下两点:
从内容上看,内容比较少,只有四个内容,而且内容的选择上也是不够活跃,内容的设计是专门的练习篮球传递的技术,对于初一学生来说没有充分调动他们,所以经过课后的思考,初一的学生应从活跃学生的学习内容上设计和思考,让学生充分活跃起来,使他们在快乐中练习,快乐中学习。
:在我上课的过程中,课堂纪律非常好,学生情绪也很高,积极配合,认真学习,这也是我顺利上完课的关键。在教学上与老教师相比,我的教龄较短,教学经验不足,上课不成熟老练,出现问题很多,只有发现不足才能知道自己的弱点,只有改正缺点才能使人进步,通过本次课学过程中出现的以下问题:
1、上课时口误,
2、调动学生是不够迅速,时间长,方向错误。
3、时间掌握不准确,
4、安全隐患考虑不到位,比如学生跑动时的方向,应跑一条路线,这样才能避免相互碰撞。
5.示范动作没有强调重点,如传接球的双脚站立应是前后分开站立,这个方面我并没有强调到全体学生,使很多女生都是直立站立传接球。
6.课堂气氛不高,没有激发学生的兴趣,语言表达不够生动。
经过这次汇报课我认真思考反思总结并发现很多不足之处,所以在今后的工作中我要认真学习,增加自己的知识量,提高自己的教学水平,多向有经验的老师请教,在短时间内进入一个合格教师的角色,做一个爱岗敬业的体育老师。

在立定跳远的教学中,我参考了网上的一些资料,通过实践,我发现,按照以下四个步骤进行教学,能快速提高学生立定跳远成绩,起到事半功倍的效果。
关于立定跳远教学的四个步骤
一,重点学习起跳前的上下肢预摆技术,发展上下肢的协调性及下肢力量。要求做到两臂以肩关节为轴,前后放松摆动,与下肢配合协调;分别介绍四种预摆方法:直腿摆臂;腿屈伸摆臂;屈腿摆臂;前后展屈体摆臂。学生任选一种适合自己的方法进行练习;教法采用多次重复预摆;负重预摆;小幅度立定跳远;诱导性练习等。在体育考试中,身体任何部位的赛前紧张必定会对技术水平的发挥产生不利影响。在这个阶段重点对立定跳远起跳前的预摆进行了教学,强调以放松协调为主,目的就是消除起跳前用力部位的紧张。便于起跳时肌肉的快速发力,以提高运动成绩。
二,重点学习起跳蹬地技术,发展下脚爆发力量。要求做到"两快"即臂前摆快,制动快;蹬地快。"三直"即髋,膝,踝三关节伸直;起跳时,重心前移,放在前脚掌上,上体前倾,两臂由体后向前上方迅速摆出,迅速蹬地,完成起跳。此时身体已充分伸展开,教法采用向上跳;向前跳;听信号,肌肉急剧收缩一次再迅速放松;跳深;立定跳远等。起跳蹬地是整个立定跳远技术中最关键的环节。包括起跳角度,用力方向,摆臂路线,上体动作,它的合理运用直接影响到起跳效果。
三,重点学习腾空技术,发展腹肌,髂腰肌及下肢爆发力素质。要求大腿紧贴身体;起跳后,大腿上抬找身体,两臂由前向后摆,团身紧;教法采用屈腿跳;原地双脚跳上80—100cm高的跳箱;跳篮架;立定跳远等。
四,重点学习落地技术,提高完整技术的动作质量,发展下肢爆发力。要求重心低,小腿前伸;落地技术应在落地前就做好准备。此时应为团身紧,大小腿夹角大于90度,以脚跟先着地之后迅速下蹲缓冲,两臂前摆;教法采用向上轻跳迅速团身在空中全蹲,静止落下;全蹲向前伸小腿。
