华学院南院师生。
开发大学生的思维,创新美化生活。提倡勤俭节约的中华民族传统美德,让大学生们更好的实践这一道德观念。借助这一形式激发大学生的创意思维和勤俭节约的观念,成功贯彻变废为宝废物利用这一理念。
5月10日中午和下午在三餐门口设立摊点进行报名。17日中午和下午在三餐门口上交作品,18日进行评选。19日贴出晋级参赛者名单。24日征集志愿者作为复赛的观众。26日进行复赛。
初赛于青协办公室,复赛于南院篮球场。
河北师范大学汇华学院南院文学部青年志愿者协会。
1前期宣传:人资干事进班宣传。
2前期准备:
① 在三餐门口设立摊点进行参赛选手和大众评审报名。 ② 参赛的选手要以稿纸的形式写出自己的作品创意思维,对自己的作品诞生进行详尽的解释。
③ 人资干事进班宣传时,讲明大赛分为初赛和复赛,在初赛时淘汰的作品其参赛者想要要回自己的作品可去青协办公室要回,如若不想要回,青协会给予保管。
④ 参赛报名的同时也进行大众评审的报名,大众评审不可以是参赛者。
⑤ 邀请老师作为评审。 ⑥借音响设备。
3活动内容:
①初赛:将参赛选手的作品和作品创意思维收集上来,以做工精细和创意思维为评判的标准进行评比。选出20个作品晋级。余下的作品如若参赛者想要要回可以去青协的办公室要回。
②复赛:将选出的20个作品放在桌子上展示,地点在南院篮球场。
由三十个参赛者现场讲解自己作品的创意(讲解形式不限,人数不限,但是要将自己的创意形成和创意内涵讲解清楚)。
大众评审、青协部长、老师为20个作品投票。大众评审的投票是1分,青协部长2分,老师3分。
评判标准:以作品好坏程度为主,参赛者的解说表演也占一定程度的分数。
最后选出前三名,分别给予奖品。余下17人分别给予慰问奖。
4后期宣传:拍摄活动的照片,后期做成展牌展示。
①参赛者交作品时必须要交稿纸形式的创意思维。
②大众评审有礼品作为纪念品。
③复赛时提前借好设备,并调试好设备。
④如果有参赛者当时没有到场,视为弃权。
⑤整个过程要有志愿者作为观众参加,以示公平。如若志愿者不愿参加,可以相赠礼品。

一、活动目的:
为了配合学校第九届“创新杯”特色科技活动的工作,我院举办此次创意大赛,比赛面向全校本科生,旨在引导广大学生激发来自日常生活中的创新意识创新精神与创新能力,提高实际动手能力,同时倡导废物再利用与环保精神,提高团队合作精神,也为爱好实践有创新精神的学生提供展示舞台。

事项4月7-8日承办方准备关于本次创意大赛的通知,贴在各学院学工办布告栏,于各个学院学生会联系,发放活动通知,并完成其他宣传工作4月9-10日在南湖 升升食堂前组织报名,并设有现场咨询处;与此同时,通过各学院学生会收集报名表,并设有网上报名点(要求各参赛者选一名非组员的同学组成评委团4月18日在南湖新三教学楼组织比赛,均现场操作,由评委根据评分规则打分。(规定时间未完成的评分规则中耗时评分栏为零分)4月19日将获奖作品进行展览
(三)比赛流程
比赛于18日中午1:30开始,要求各选手提前半小时到,领取一张表格,填写有关学院、组员、作品及作品介绍等内容,并交到计时处。(未按时到的做弃权处理)比赛前主持人宣读比赛相关要求,接着进行历时2个小时比赛。选手完成作品后,到计时处,计时处工作人员检查后填写实际用时,然后将作品交到评委团处。比赛结束后,评委给各作品打分,工作人员统计比赛成绩与名次,并评出奖项,最后现场颁奖。(注:超时的不参与评分)

程序与规则:
(1) 每位学生都要按照自己真实生日的月份和日期(农历或者公历)按顺序排成一个u形,1月1日出生的在排头,12月31日出生的在排尾;

(3) 宣布任务完成后老师会进行检查,如果有人站错,受罚的将是后面一位学生;

今年,我校提出打造“最关爱学生的大学”的要求。勤助中心为配合学校更好的吸引,营造学院学生积极投身学院建设的气氛,丰富意见的征集形式,注重培养学生的创新意识和挖掘学生自身的内在需求和对学院的憧憬。同时也盼能借此机会给学院以艺术的美丽建议。
创意设计包含着深刻的内涵、有着丰富的活动内容和多样的活动形式,对学生的思想修养、文化修养、综合能力等各方面有着积极的影响。
以“未来之声”为主题,展示学院学子对学院的美好憧憬,将更美好、更创新的元素注入学院,让学生思维的火花为未来更加美好的学院注入更加青春的人文活力。同时也必将引领学生在学习、娱乐和日常生活中更加关注学校资源的挖掘和利用,更加关心自我能力素质的锻炼和提升,更加关爱周围的朋友和整个学院。最后使学生真正融入到参与美化学院,建设学院的活动行动当中。

4月18日 对各学院进行活动宣传,开始启动报名活动。采取现场报名,短信报名和网上报名三种方式。报名截止至5月10日。
根据设计的人文建设科目的所在场景对全院参赛选手进行分成3组,即教靓组、寝魅组、景文组。结合学校现有结构分别针对教室(图书馆)、寝室、校景进行人文建设创意设计。设计内容主要围绕挖掘学院现有场地和各种其他资源的人文建设项目。依托现有资源,结合学生自身诉求和现存形式,针对特定对象提出更加合理有效的相应资源运行和管理模式,也可以挑选反应目前某些破坏学校之美、影响自身形象的不文明行为,或提出更能提升和拓展学生各方面素质而现在学校还未开展的特色项目。参赛作品以书画、手工艺品的形式进行参赛,每件作品需同时附上200字以上的设计简介。
初赛:x月xx日在图书馆门口将所有收集参加比赛的作品进行编号,并按编号进行投票。所有观众皆可参与投票,每人仅限投5张票。做好参与投票者的登记工作,抽取3名幸运小观众,送与物质小礼品。统计完投票数后选取每组参赛队伍票数最高的10个参赛作品进入决赛,决赛名单将在次日勤工板块和勤工网页上予以公示。

决赛:x月xx日晚邀请部分老师、学生代表作为评委到艺术学院音乐厅观看决赛。
a开场式:各决赛队伍共同唱一首歌,

c评委点评:由评委对参赛作品进行点评,并公布“寝魅组”、“景文组”、“教靓组”的名次和其他奖项的获得者。

活动前:(1)事先选好15个参赛选手(最好每个班级都有涉及到)以及
相对应的自己班同学1名(也是一共15名)

歌2张,激情朗诵3张,笔记本一本5张,笔一支3张,绕口令3张)
(3)动作命令(马步造型,悟空造型,瑜伽造型等)

活动流程:主持人开场介绍背景及深度,一段小视频(关于同学相处的)
(8分钟)
选择命运:每位选手抽取一张字条,并按上面的提示展示出
来,(25分钟)倘若优盘2张未被抽走,则选取现场观众进行派送。

的时候,我们该如何处理,是坦然欣赏周边的人,还是……
黑暗识别:15个人分3组,大家都被蒙上眼睛,然后对应自
己班的人,让自己班的人有感情的朗诵课文,选手在3分钟内猜朗诵的人是自己班的人名。
单老师点评:从细节认识身边的人。 定力测试:15个人一起与徐季恺做各种动作(含蹲马步,瑜
伽各种造型等)只要比徐季恺持久就算赢。

活动背景:为更好的宣传本次“大学生心理健康日”,培养塑造大学生良好的心理素质,改善同学之间彼此疏远的心态,让同学们在微笑中打破彼此之间的疏远与陌生,找回自信、快乐与温暖。大学心理健康教育中心和经济与管理学院特举办“传递微笑,温暖你我”班级名片创意展活动,有关事宜布置如下:

1、各学院召开心理委员会议,向各班级传达活动具体内容和安排。会议后,对各班心理委员进行照片制作培训。
2、 各学院分别制作展板和宣传海报,利用校团委和各学院微博以及人人主页进行前期宣传和指导
1、各学院班级心理委员负责收集本班笑脸,并制作成18寸彩色照片。
2、各班心理委员把照片的电子版发于各学院活动负责人邮箱,负责人进行初步的审核,对不合格的作品进行指导修正。
3、作品电子版审核完毕后,各学院负责人通知各班心理委员进行照片打印。
1、各学院进行初评,选出10份优秀作品参加校级评比。
2、校级评比选出35份优秀作品,颁发相应证书和奖品。
3、将所有活动照片传至人人主页、微博以及各学院网站进行后期汇报展示。
4、收集活动照片,并完成工作总结。
1、上交作品为班级合照,必须是每位同学的脸部特写,照片大小为18寸,拼图图形和字体等可自选,照片足够清晰。
2、照片可使用500万以上像素手机、数码相机等工具拍摄,通过美图秀秀等美图软件将每位同学的照片拼图完成并标明专业班级。
3、上交纸质作品必须为彩色照片形式,不可使用纸质彩印。
1、根据上交作品的尺寸大小、清晰程度、照片与背景的协调性、创意性、温馨程度以及整体效果进行评比和打分,选出优秀作品进行表彰奖励。
2、作品以学院为单位报送,每学院选十份温馨作品,并填写学院作品汇总表。

国家正在全面加强大学生综合素质培养,激发大学生创新能力、组织与协调能力,要求丰富校园文化,增强学生之间的凝聚力,积极推动校园文化建设。同时,环境保护问题日渐突出,人们的生活也越来越多的与环保联系在一起,为此,我社举办此次创意环保时装设计大赛活动。
1、环保时装秀活动将“绿色环保“融于服饰艺术文化,通过涉及环保服装和舞台展示,来增强学生的环保意识及艺术情操,展示大学生创新能力、动手能力和艺术风采,烘托我校大学生健康活泼的精神面貌。
2、扩大环保理念在学校的宣传,培养大学生艺术文化素质,丰富校园生活,也为大学生提供才能展示的舞台空间。
3、激发大学生的创新意识,变废为宝,利用废弃的环保材料增强大学生的节约意识。

1.第一阶段:初赛宣传阶段
1) 5月18日之前,在微博,qq空间上以及进教室宣传此次以“环保、时尚、个性、青春、创意”为主题的“创意环保时装设计大赛”活动,并登记报名参赛人员。
2)5月18日前,参赛者设计并提交作品至绿in社团办公室。
2.第二阶段:复赛阶段
1)5月18日,作品提交截止,工作人员在北苑食堂广场对所收到的参赛作品进行随机摆放,并邀请当天在场观众对作品进行投票。
2)工作人员对投票结果进行统计,选出投票数最多的前八名进入决赛。
3.第三阶段:决赛阶段
1)5月20日晚上7点,决赛选手自选模特在南苑多媒体报告厅进行走秀展示自己的作品,并且以ppt的形式向观众介绍自己的设计理念以及具体所使用的环保材料。
2)观众互动环节:主持人当场提出环保问题,由观众参与回答,答对者赠送精美礼品,以此增强大学生的环保意识。
3)决赛过程中,由3位评委老师对选手的综合表现进行打分,按分数高低择出一、二、三等奖,并为其颁发奖品及证书,其中一、二等奖各一名,三等奖两名,剩下五组均可获得优秀奖。(评选标准可从创意、美观以及实用性几方面进行打分)
4)奖项设置:进入决赛的八组均可获得羽毛球拍一副;一等奖获得环保自行车一辆;二等奖获得运动耳机一副;三等奖各获得u盘一个;其余五组为优秀奖。
4.第四阶段:后期整理阶段
工作人员按照选手意愿收回作品,相关部门人员做好后期整理工作。
